Resources For Revival

As best I can remember God first began speaking to me around 1986-1987 or so about an outpouring of His Spirit that would eclipse anything we have ever seen before. There were occasions in prayer during that time where I would come under glimpses of the glory to come. 1987 was a long time ago, so it should be obvious that predicting the timing for this sort of thing is probably not something that we should engage in.

I often tell God that when His glory is poured out I want to be at the very front of the line!

God is stirring the hearts of His people in prayer for revival and history shows that prayer precedes it.

The following is a collection of the posts I’ve made concerning what God has been showing me about the coming outpouring of His Holy Spirit…

The coming outpouring of the Holy Spirit as God revealed it to me in a dream

In this dream God showed me some very important aspects of the coming revival. It will be a sovereign move of God that is indescribable in the weight of God’s glory. Our focus needs to be on God alone and not on the vessels that He uses. Under the light of His glory false doctrine and improper handling of His Word is going to be exposed and cleaned up. The power of the Holy Spirit AND the purity of God’s Word will be prominent.

Prophetic Vision Of Worldwide Revival

In 2019 I received a prophetic word/vision of coming revival.

A return of the fear of the Lord

The loving heart of our Heavenly Father in intimacy with His children has been a beautiful focus of the day in which we live in. Unfortunately, we seem to have forgotten that our Father is, and forever will be, Almighty God! We must treasure the fear of the Lord as much as we treasure intimacy. “His delight is in the fear of the Lord” must be true of us as it was true of Jesus.

Turn your face into the wind

I share and weigh a prophecy given to the Church by David Minor in 1987 along with an open vision that a friend of mine received during the same time period. I also break down what I consider to be distorted views of what revival looks like, addressing such things as Latter Rain and Manifest Sons of God theology. In addition, I take a look at William Branham the origins of the prophetic movement, as well as the development of the Kansas City Prophets and how they have affected what we see in the prophetic movement today. I believe our need to examine our origins and current practices is crucial. Exercising discernment and critical thinking is a necessity in the day in which we live. Additionally, I stress that holiness and repentance are the distinguishing marks of true revival.

Run to the tsunami

The tsunami of God’s Spirit is coming. I’m not waiting until it gets here, I’m running towards it!

The God of disruption

God has a track record of disruption!

A Marriage Of Love And Holiness

A great move of God is about to come upon the earth. It will be a marriage of His holiness and love. They will be poured out in equal measure.

Revival has a Voice

A great revival of holiness is coming to the church. The Holy Spirit is the Voice of Holiness, a burning fire that speaks!

Show me Your glory

When Moses asked God to show him His Glory, God revealed a number of things about Himself. One of those things is His sovereignty.

Glorious In Holiness

A true way to discern the counterfeit from the authentic in a move of God is whether what looks glorious is marked by holiness.

Beautiful surrender

Never underestimate the power of God in personal revival. It can easily match or exceed what we normally think of as revival on a mass scale. Surrender is the gateway into every beautiful thing in Jesus. In 2017, out of brokeness, I fell at the feet of Jesus in complete surrender. It marked the beginning of the most wonderful and amazing personal revival of my life.

The bibilcal pattern of refreshing

When the Spirit of God brought renewal to my life, it was so dramatic, so sudden, that everyone around me immediately noticed the difference. It all seemed so miraculous, and it was. We all love the Glory, but one of the greatest gifts and miracles God can give us is repentance! Here’s why we should learn to love and embrace it.

What Does True Revival Look Like?

Revival restores the apostolic truth that repentance and holiness are not optional, but central to our life in Jesus.
